In the event of account closure for cause (i.e., breach of Terms), aaaajl reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. If funds are determined not to be proceeds of fraud or prohibited conduct, they will be returned to the player via the withdrawal method on file after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations. Account closures initiated by the player with no outstanding obligations will result in the full available balance being returned to the player's nominated payment method.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of aaaajl that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
