You may object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests where you believe your rights and freedoms override those interests.
If you believe aaaajl has processed your personal data in violation of the DPA, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
To exercise any of these rights, contact aaaajl's Data Protection Officer at the contact details in Section 13. aaaajl will respond to verified data rights requests within fifteen (15) calendar days, as required by the DPA IRR.
The aaaajl platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under twenty-one (21) years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR's age restriction requirements. aaaajl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21. All new accounts are subject to KYC age verification using government-issued Philippine identification before access to real-money services is granted.
If aaaajl becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21, that account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be securely deleted (subject to any mandatory retention obligations under AMLA), and any deposits will be returned to the originating payment method.

aaaajl primarily processes and stores personal data on servers located within the Philippines or in jurisdictions with data protection standards recognised by the NPC as providing adequate protection. Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines — for example, to cloud infrastructure providers or game software partners with servers in other countries — aaaajl implements appropriate safeguards including contractual clauses that require the recipient to apply a standard of protection equivalent to that required by the DPA.
By registering on aaaajl, you acknowledge that your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the Philippines as described in this section, subject to the safeguards described above.
aaaajl may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, regulatory requirements, or the services we offer. The "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy will be revised accordingly.
For material changes that significantly affect your rights or the way we use your data, aaaajl will provide advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent in-app notification at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect.
